PERSONNEL SELECTION AND EMPLOYMENT
Eser Hotel & Spa implements a selection and employment process based on competence for the selection of new family members.

At Eser Hotel & Spa and affiliated companies, the competences of the candidates are evaluated through objective, reliable and valid methods for each position. A structure giving an important role to competence in work success is targeted to be implemented. In addition to the job advertisements published on newspapers and/or web (www.yenibiris.com) according to the procedures developed for this purpose, anyone can apply us at anytime during the year. All applications are carefully examined and candidates can be invited to general interviews, even when there is no open suitable position, in order to evaluate their applications when needed.

Besides educational background, job experience and language skills, personal characteristics and competences observed during interviews are also considered as important evaluation criteria in the employment process.
